Situation:
The client requested a domain transfer from another provider. After payment, the domain status was shown as a transfer in progress.
Reason:
A domain transfer process can take up to 5-7 days in general and can vary on the domain extension also. Once a domain transfer request is made, a losing registrar sends a confirmation mail to the current owner of the domain name for verification purpose. Once the confirmation process is completed, the domain is moved to Netspace.
