Situation/Problem:
There might arise a need to increase/modify the disk space, bandwidth, and mailbox size under your current shared hosting plan, be it Linux hosting/Windows hosting, since they have been completely used up.
Solution:
Each shared hosting plan comes with a limitation. As a customer, you may need to upgrade your plan from time to time. If any of the underlined items like disk space, bandwidth & mailbox size have been used up completely & you feel to upgrade your current plan, then follow the steps below to upgrade to the new hosting plan.
- Login to client area.
- After logging in, click on Services box. Refer to the screenshot below:
- Click on Product/Service which you want to upgrade. Refer to the screenshot below:
- From left menu choose an option: Upgrade/Downgrade. Refer to the screenshot below:
- Choose Product which you want to upgrade to, refer to the screenshot below. For the plan details refer to the Linux Hosting & Windows Hosting page.
- Once you have selected the plan, payment process needs to be completed & once the payment is made you will be upgraded to the new hosting plan.
Once you have performed all the above mentioned steps, then you will be upgraded to the new hosting plan instantly.
